Evelyn has been a chiropractic patient since she was 17 years old and has been with All Health Chiropractic Center for the past 12 years.

On your First visit to our office you will complete your Personal Health Profile.

Your initial consultation provides time for you to get acquainted and privately discuss your current health issues and concerns.

  If Dr. Eric feels that he can help you, he will then perform a complimentary spinal check to help him determine the underlying cause of your problem.

On your next visit :Dr. Eric will explain how the body works and breaks down and regenerates itself.  

REPORT OF FINDINGS:
He will now specifically relate your exam and x-ray findings to your current health care situation and discuss how chiropractic will be of help to you.  If accepted for care (Dr. Eric only accepts those patients he truly feels he can help), your personal care options will be discussed and explained fully as well as any financial and insurance considerations.  If additional examination or lab work is needed to insure you receive the proper care, you will be informed to schedule those appointments.
